Shipping policy

All Kigali-based orders will be delivered the next day or same day and you should receive an email notification once an order has been placed and again once your package is out for delivery. 

Please note that we are closed on Sundays.

Please send us an email or whatsapp message if you are outside of Kigali so that we can confirm the delivery fee.

We encourage all customers to give a street, house number and any other relevant information when filling up delivery instructions. This will help the delivery agent locate your delivery address easily. 

All orders must include a valid contact number which the delivery agent will use to contact you in case he is unable to locate your delivery address.

Our agent's language of communication will always be Kinyarwanda.
